You must forward the following documents to your Celebrant
Notice of Intended Marriage Form -
this
form must reach your celebrant not less than a full calendar month before the ceremony, the NOIM form can be faxed
and the original posted later if time is short.

but please be sure to print it back and front of each page to ensure your signature is on the back of the section you fill
in
Identification Documents
Copies
of your Birth Certificates if you are Australian born. If not Australian born a passport is acceptable only
if Birth Certificate cannot be obtained.
If previously married, documentation
to prove you are now free e.g. Divorce Certificate or Death Certificate.
I suggest you keep the
originals of all these important personal documents in your care and only forward me copies, then bring the originals with
you. The
reason for me receiving copies is that I can then be sure you have the correct documents and ensure there is not a last minute
delay in your marriage plans due to incorrect documentation
When I receive these I will confirm in
writing or by email if you have that facility.
